Itel Kenya Unveils King Kaka As Brand Ambassador.

In what can only be considered as the coming together of two kings, the smartphone, consumer electronic and lifestyle products company, itel Kenya has unveiled Kenya Rapper, King Kaka his real name Kevin Ombima as its official brand ambassador. 

The signing of the famous Rapper is informed by the brand’s desire to enhance consumer engagement and endear more fans to her community.

itel Kenya’s choice of King Kaka as the face of the brand brings to bear connecting similarities between their target audience and acceptance, with both brands serving mass markets.

 itel Kenya is a leader in the smartphone mass market in Kenya and Africa at large for phones below Ksh 10,000 offering reliable and affordable smartphones for everyone, while King Kaka makes popular music for the streets, rolling out hits they can relate with. 

King Kaka and itel complement each other, hence the collaboration. Both brands are Real Kings, blessed with a community of hardworking and aspirational individuals.

The unveiling was staged offline at Radisson Blu Hotel in Nairobi on 19th March 2022 the event was attended by many renowned faces from the media and Tech industry.  The event was also streamed online via itel Mobile’s Facebook page.
